- Inexperienced management and no HR. - Little job security. There has been a total of 9 employees who have worked for the company to date. Out of that, three were fired and one left. - No disaplinary procedures are followed and dismissal happens with no warning or chance for explanation. - Lack of boundaries of job roles and told it was unreasonable to expect details of the specific responsibilities of our roles. Told at interview it wasn’t a sales focused company but was continually asked to contribute to sales despite being in a non-sales job role. - Company target focused incentives and no formalised review process for monitoring of individual contributions or development.
