Honestly a fantastic company. 80% of the people in a management position genuinely care about you and your family. This company is not lying when they say great benefits, they are fantastic.

Pay was a little behind the times for internal promotions. I have heard that they have done a lot to be very competitive now so this con may be a thing of the past.

The meal plan is good

Watch your back here because EVERYTHING you say and do is watched; not just by cameras everywhere but by endless eyes and ears. When you don't think someone is listening, they are. People twist things in ways you can't imagine and word travels here in the blink of an eye. The pay is minimal at best and you get worked into the ground. Miner is not a good company to work for nor are the people good to work with. Everyone here will stab you in the back faster than you can turn around to see who did it. Beware.
