Startup company problems - Engineer Mindtronic AI Employee Review

- Lots of highly technical and challenging projects to work on, great place where to develop technical skills in hot, trendy topics. - Nice and friendly people, good mix between young talented engineers and more experienced staff. - Work-life balance not bad for a tech start-up.

- Like many young companies, struggled to find its positioning and stick to it. - Will likely not suit people looking for a chill/relax working environment and those who value a people focused management style.

People are very friendly, smart and have very good skills

No long term goal. Business model and strategy is unclear. Project management is poor. Too many projects with limited human resource. Projects pending and aborting and starting new one. The deadline is always tight and is changing (delaying) all the time. The product spec is not well-defined and changing constantly CTO/founder is often rude to the employees, calling them idiots. CTO likes micromanagement. He does not respect other’s profession. He gives vague requirements. CTO enjoys meeting which last more than 2 hours. However, the meeting is often ended with NO conclusion. I do not know what CEO does for the company. In conclusion, I DO NOT recommend people to work here. You deserve a better workplace.
