Cons
1. Almost everyone has to work on 2 full time client projects which makes minimum work hours as 10-12 hrs/day. They dont provide any extra compensation. 2. Company hasn't been meeting it's revenue targets from last 3 years and you can get maximum 50% of your variable component 3. Poor appraisals - appraisals were disbursed after 2 years still people got less than 10% hike on their base salaries 4. A lot of politics and favouritism 5. They expect you to work on any given technology and you can't even say NO, if you are a frontend developer still next day they can ask you to be QA or SRE. While I agree in the era of AI anyone can do anything but its not good for your career because you can't become expert in anyone field. 6. Zero considerations for employee's mental health, even if you work for 14 hours, it is normal for them plus they dont give you any additional benefits 7. Even if you are a top performer, they wont retain you. I haven't seen anyone getting retained. 8. Company is under major culture shift, from a happy place to most toxic place 9. They can even ask you to attend calls at 11 pm to make clients happy and you may also get work to do on weekends
