- #1 focus seems to be working people as much as they possibly can on client work, but asking them to do internal projects too. not feasble to stay 100% billable and manage all your work
- Pressure to do things outside of your job description like Marketing
- Disconnected systems, communication and processes make for a lot of extra work to accomplish basic tasks
- Company "mission" is not very clear
- Consultants tend to be left in the dark when it comes to major company changes, and a qrtly meeting isn't enough to keep people connected especially when they work remote
- Sr leadership (esp CEO) tends to micromanage people or change their minds a lot
- Little-to-no career structure or support in personal growth. Doesn't seem like people get promoted very often if at all
- Comp is good but sub-par benefits, esp health insurance options
