Pros
The interview process was quick and easy. I know they were in a time crunch, but after my written online application, I scheduled a Skype interview, which led to a second Skype interview and a job offer all within less than a week. Overall, the interview process was easy and low stress.
Working for Mindojo has been great. The training process was a bit rushed and haphazard, but everyone was accommodating and interested in making the process better. Once you get the hang of your job, you can be pretty independent if you want. Personally, I was interested in a variety of tasks and was given the opportunity to do so. Once you get your foot in the door, it seems like you can move between roles very fluidly depending upon what you are interested in.
If you do want to interact more with your coworkers, I found everyone to be pleasant and enjoyable to work with. Overall, it seems like the company has a lot of exciting things lined up for the future, so it feels like there is room to grow within the company if you are interested and motivated.
Oh, and I forgot to mention, you get to work from home, which is wonderful. Most roles are very flexible with what hours you can work as well.
Cons
The full-time pay is a little bit deceiving because it is based upon 42 hours per week, which seems a bit high. If you work 35 hours per week (and all of your work time is logged), you will be getting 5/6th of your agreed upon pay. Also, the pay itself is already a bit on the low side.
