      * Company has no vision for their own product * CEO can't make any decisions for the directions of his own product * Tech debt is almost insurmountable * Upper management are too busy to turn up to planning sessions to push for features they are advocating for

      Nice people - the employees are nice and has their visions within the company

      Cons

      Bad leadership leads to lack of integrity and transparency, lots of red tapes and the management expects things to be done their way without clear instructions
