I don't have any cons

* Great colleagues -- lots of really smart and interesting people. * Salary was decent. * Interesting projects to work on. * Fully remote dev teams.

* Benefits were meh. 401k matching was mediocre: employer match of 50% on up to 5% of employee contribution (2.5%), but on a 5 year vesting schedule. But it was paused for a while. * Increases were small and sporadic and didn't keep up with cost of living increases. * Health insurance was expensive and had a high deductible (though there is the option to contribute to an HSA, which helps). I've had much better and less expensive coverage elsewhere. * Leadership went downhill and some of the best leaders left. * Employees treated as disposable. * Lots of constant pressure to make sure every minute is billable. * At times if felt like decisions were made without fully taking into account the available skillsets and valid timelines, which left team members scrambling to ensure deadlines were met and to gain the skills needed, without much support. * There was a lot of talk of valuing and supporting employees, but it didn't feel like it went past talk.
