      Pros

      There is no reason you have to join this company, full of problem and issues with HR.

      Cons

      During hire they talk in good way but after that lot of issues. They intake for aboard and have lot of issues. No proper response for E-mails Create lot issues after resigning I would never recommend anyone to join this place for work.

      Good exposure to backend development and real-time project experience. Supportive teammates and opportunities to learn new technologies. Work environment is generally collaborative.

      Cons

      The company does not sufficiently value employee contributions. Growth and recognition are limited, and feedback from employees is not always considered. Work-life balance can also be inconsistent at times.
