      - Small teams so able to really make a difference and lead your own projects - Great company values that are felt throughout the business - Lovely people to work with, everyone is genuinely very kind and helpful

      - Salary could be higher but there are some great company perks that help

      Pros

      Great office, lots of free food, 1 hour for lunch, good location, happy workers.

      Cons

      Not much room for progression in my role, the job can get boring as the business model is repetitive (recipe subscription service)
