      Pros

      They have good plans for future as well as they know the ways to build long lasting relation with clients. Also, they provide space to their employees to work in a friendly atmosphere. The management and the employees are more like family here.

      Cons

      A good canteen is missing but its is manageable.

      Pros

      A small company with all the right attitude to make it big in the market. They have set the basics right and I hope and wish they become a force to reckon with in the Kolkata IT Market.

      A Cafeteria would have done wonders.

      Good culture and getting counted in giving any kind of suggestion. This is a place where I explored my knowledge to extreme level and getting recognize time to time.

      If you find downside at any stage in the company, you will see multiple hands to help you before you ask for help
