Read the review below called “Not as they appear” and believe it. Most people here are incredibly overworked, given no direction then abandoned to sink or swim by management. Never seen this much dysfunction before Multiply that by 10 if youre a woman, Latinx, or Black. If you are in one of those three groups you can add to the above that you will also be systemically undervalued, grossly underpaid and maybe even let go. These types of people are held to a very different standard than other types of people at mpg. read between the lines and DO NOT believe the “diverse”, “progressive” hype because it is all talk. Other than the HR department, leadership in the CorpOps office seems totally nonexistent and it’s reflected when you have to interact with the staff. People are either competent but clearly miserable or they have no idea what they’re doing and you’ll have to befriend and ask one of the competent people whether it’s their area or not. These issues deepen with every day and are unraveling the company at a rapid pace. Avoid at all costs or you will regret coming here like I do
