Great place to work and learn. Early stages of a start-up, so there is a lot to do. The pace is very fast and new features are created all the time. No time to get bored.

Low pay compare to market. Maybe they will adjust in the future, but at the time I was there, my salary was 50% below market.

Remote. Flexible with decent work-life balance and generally friendly culture.

Directionless. Immature understanding of software. No concept of Agile. Amount of output/hard work is often confused with progress.
