Pros

The work is challenging but enjoyable. We have all the systems and software we need all of the time which is unparalleled in most other jobs. The company is large and there is a lot of room for growth. Health care and benefits are on par with most organizations, nothing special but still solid.

Cons

The pay is definitely well below market rate and bonuses don't kick in until just under manager level. Expectations are high and usually not well distributed.
