The cons are that management is all over the place, favoritism, racism, belittling. If you don’t fit into certain cliques or groups you’re totally blackballed within. Good luck working for this company. You’ll need it. Management would benefit tremendously if they grew some balls and actually backed up their workers. Leads are followers and brown/noses, You’ve been adequately warned.
