      Large city, many locations to work for/with.

      Cons

      Too many employees just don't care and those that are the worst seem to get promoted to management.

      Pros

      Their insurance is pretty comprehensive, and there's an AFSCME union you can join that can lead to some extra benefits. Plus a pension

      Cons

      They did a survey of other cities and found that we're being underpaid comparatively -- didn't raise our pay a bit.
