Pros
great pay for the work and area. lots of different positions on site so theres a job for everyone. easy to crosstrain/switch roles if you would like. very clean facility with friendly people. Always expanding. easy to keep your head down and not be bothered by others if you know what your doing
Cons
Those in middle management seem to have been at their jobs for so long they stopped caring. most leads are often not the most knowledgeable people on their staff and dont care to make improvements to day to day operations or encourage their employees to work (at least 3 in a single department that i know of just dont enforce/ignore SOP and do their own thing). large work ethic disparity across different shifts creates a constant cycle of certian shifts cleaning up the messes/errors/lack of work other shifts produce. Upper management is often not at all present in the department they work in on off shifts (ive met my manager once in over 2 years) also theres a ton of nepotism for some reason and people getting promoted for jobs they are not at all qualified before because of their personal relationships and goals.
