The company has a strong focus to groom talents internally and to provide necessary training to equip the talents. Huge investment to ensure we achieve the KPI and remain focus.
Cons
a) With the focus, recognition, attention given to the young talents, inevitable that existing experienced staff are side-lined and some times left in the cold. b) Some of the talents are too young and moved upward too fast. When quality (of work) and experience are lacking, these new managers need to understand the importance and value of the older, more experienced staff. This is a journey!
