Pros
This company strives to give their employees recognition through family events, giveaways, bonuses etc. It is a fun environment at times. If you work hard they make an effort to reward you. It is a mid-size company with a small company feel. Individuals within the company try to lookout for their employees to the best of their ability.
Cons
You will see in a review below that "Millennium is not for everyone," that was repeated to me in my preliminary interviews and I should have thought that over. Overall, the culture of the organization lacks transparency from top to bottom. Interdepartmental miscommunication happens at all companies but at Millennium it almost seems to be a company value. Innovation is appreciated but has to be within a certain "scope." I was a management trainee who accepted the position under the guise that it would be 18 months and was let go after 9 months due to "lack of work." Georgia is an at will state but some sort of communication or warning previous to being told "pack your stuff" would have been appreciated. The small company, family oriented environment is a facade.
