First of all I have experienced the same treatment that the previous reviewer has mentioned the rot from the Vodafone Culture has unfortunately set in within this company (please note I was a support engineer and I am very experienced in my field, I worked remotely but they would fly me up to the head office every now and then on my first day there the systems engineer said to me "if you cant fix this issue what are you doing here?" this was an issue I knew how to fix and I did fix it. that was when I knew that the culture needed some work when I arrived they did not even have a desk for me and I had to go to the store room to set up my equipment on a make shift desk surrounded by boxes of unopened equipment, I also had to put up with constant belittlement and bullying from the systems engineer, I reported this to management several times and they tried to make me look like the bad guy, I had no choice but to resign on the spot.
