Terrible experience - Executive Milexa Group Employee Review

Weak, delusional leadership. Micromanagement. Unrealistic targets which are constantly revised to meet the MD's personal financial requirements. No awareness of EDI. No job or psychological safety whatsoever. Endless planning and no doing. Knee-jerk reactions to financial results and dismissals based on these. Leadership instils a sense of paranoia and fear. Really high turnover. And on top of this, incredibly immature and childish leadership, very poor role-modelling from the top down, meaning that childish and immature behaviours permeate the company. Hated working here, it was awful.
