Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am very sorry that your experience with Miles IT did not match our intention of being a best place to work. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent, and collaborative environment for all employees, so I am disappointed to hear some of your feedback. We have a diverse team of supportive and friendly people and I'm sorry to hear that you did not experience an inclusive team environment with us. It can be difficult in a remote work environment to maintain a sense of inclusiveness, but we do our best to get people talking and involved. Some of our recent initiatives in this endeavor have been our monthly "Coffee With Coworkers" meets where our entire staff is invited to chat and mingle. As well as our goal this year to have regional meet-ups so our remote staff can get together in person for some fun and conversation. Last month we were selected as the #1 Best Place To Work on the Philadelphia Business Journal's annual list. I believe this ranking, based on anonymous feedback from employees, demonstrates that we are a great place to work with a team of people who genuinely enjoy working for Miles IT. We believe in a strong work/life balance and we aim to set reasonable goals for our employees. As our company is growing and our client base is growing, we are actively hiring to ease the workload for all of our teams. Our managers advocate for their teams and we've recently updated our metrics so our goals are attainable and sustainable. We provide extensive training for our staff, and we do our best to be as thorough as possible. The benefit of having a largely remote work model does present a challenge in training but with our buddy/mentor program, chat and video meets we feel like we are able to provide a similar training model to what we could do in-office. That said, it is important for individuals to advocate for themselves if they struggle so management can reinforce training when needed. Thank you again for your feedback.
