Pros
I have worked in this company almost 2 year, and I was very happy with everything. CEO and manager are very down to earth.
* lots of thing to learn for a fresher.
* most challenging work for a experience guys.
* work from home available
* no in out timing. you can literally finish your work and go anytime.
* very nice collegue, no office politics
* on time salary
Cons
* they are using some old tech stack, but i think they will fix this soon
