Pros
Pay is good because they pay on time. Office supplies are good like computer, screens, and any other thing you need. Offices for managers are very comfortable.
Cons
Toxic company culture, poor management, lack of vision, work in silos. Basically the company does not care about anyone and therefore nobody cares about the company. Everyone works just to tick a box and maintain the business floating. Each department does whatever they want, not what the company needs.
