Pros
Large group with lots of potential and different technologies that if properly connected or "synergized" can make it a great company.
Cons
Company leaders do not communicate. No one knows where the company is heading. Morale is down in a number of facilities. Key people in Europe (mid-level experts / managers) in the US and Europe have been leaving the company. Benefits are down. Leadership is only worried about the upcoming IPO so everything is about penny pinching.
