People and management. Unorganized and workers really don’t know much

Hours of operation are pretty good. Managers buy lunch for sales team occasionally.Taking time off usually is not a problem.

Too many Sales people on the floor. No Gross to be made on Trailers Sales side. You can sell 5 Trailers & not make any commission. Monthly Sales goals are unachievable with current interest rates/foot traffic. The only way to make any money is by getting an Internet Sales position.
