Old fashioned, slave-driving owner. Owner can be discriminatory. Owner expects everyone to show the same dedication to the company. Unpaid overtime work culture, everyone is afraid to leave on time. Little room for salary raise. My colleague was loyal to the company for years, but was let go soon after getting a raise, reason being they cant afford the salary. CEO act like a know-it-all and can be mentally torturous to employees. If you are not family then you don't matter.
