      A lot of flexibility in schedule and pretty comprenhensive whith your personal life emergencys. Good Projects.

      Doesn't pay that much. Sometimes you have to work a lot of hours.

      Pros

      Producers and directors are always willing to help out and troubleshoot, which is a plus. Feedback on animated shots usually come back very quickly

      Cons

      The workload was a lot for me personally, but I was able to adapt to it after a month.
