Great hours, lots of overtime, and good per diem rate. Fun work too. I'm currently doing a project at the Super Bowl stadium!!!

Sometimes being away from home can be hard, but the pay, benefits, and stability are worth it.

Let me start off by saying MUTI is not for everyone. If you are a run of the mill, hum drum, go to work and go home, employee MUTI is NOT for you. There is a great culture here to take part in, you just have to be willing to engage with your coworkers and do a great job at work. Management is pretty much willing to listen to all ideas. They may not implement them all but it shows your dedication to innovate and come up with new ways. The people here are nice too...every time I have a question, they are always willing to help me out.

Overall, MUTI is a good company to work for but like every company there are a few drawbaks. One I see is that they are a very reactive organization. This is my first job in telecommunications so maybe that's just how it is, but unplanned things seem to pop up all the time. It would be nice to plan and actually get my to do list done each day! Also the work is very fast paced and demanding. It's important that you are able to multitask and think quickly to get things done.
