Pros

The discount in ammo is about the only pro

Cons

I never applied or interviewed for a sales position, I only came in early as a gesture of good faith, I then spent the next year getting told excuse after excuse as to why I'm getting denied not one or two, but five different positions, I lost my apartment and health care due to lies and empty promises I had been told by corporate because it is extremely hard to support yourself on income of that less than a fast food employee. I highly dint recommend you use this company to start a career in the firearms industry. There is no accountability from above who constantly push unrealistic goals or half baked ideas and plans. The last excuse I personally got, I had to hunt down and practically interstate why they were training someone else in the position I had trained for and planned on moving into for 3 months, I was told it was due to my attitude, in short after i went homeless due to empty promises and excuses I spoke up about what was going on and they didn't like it. The only reason I haven't pursued a lawsuit with this company is due to the fact I finally jumped ship and travel most of my time with my new company.

Pros

Gun store so there's that, fun people to work with

Cons

little to no career development opportunities, you are not appropriately trained to deal with potentially harmful interactions with customers. pay. shifts are 3 12 hour shifts a week. You cannot make enough money to shoot often let alone buy a gun. Company focus is on a membership contracts; they outsource the billing to a third party who is extremely poor. Customers take that out on you. They have way too many required meetings to talk about nothing that truly impacts you.
