I have never worked in such a negative, unprofessional environment in my life. Regardless if you are a higher education staffer or an academic for life, you should walk away. If you need a place to get started, you will learn a ton about how NOT to run a university. There is no integrity here. Student services are seen as cost savings and are cut right and left. Athletic programs grow and grow because it is the only way they can attract students. A constant rotating door for faculty and staff.
