      Pros

      Great pay; great paid time off and other benefits. Commitment to meeting client needs & needs of larger community. Coworkers are a joy and I look forward to going in to work every day.

      Cons

      High nurse turnover. Tendency to react to healthcare reg changes rather than give clear direction to front line staff. Tendency to overload staff at all levels. i.e., "bites off more than they can chew."

      Pros

      Midland Care is a great place to work! They have competitive wages, great work life balance, great co-workers, amazing supervisors and great Leadership Team. Midland Care is also a non-profit organization and really care about their employees and customers.
