Pros
You will get to learn how to handle a hostile work environment. the best quote to describe the pros is "adversity reveals character". You will face adversity every step of the way and it will reveal how you will handle it.
Cons
Not a productive/healthy work environment. Management pays too little to unskilled workers and refuses to train. As an employee you are literally at the mercy of both the client and managers whims in the worst way possible. Employees are also expected to work more than the company is willing to pay and are not offered any incentives to perform or improve. Extra work, or exemplary work is not rewarded or recognized. Employees are not certified and/or are expected to perform tasks they learn from YouTube videos. The job is also a dead end. There is no room for any real practical growth. The company is very small and management constantly. As an employee, the best you can do is hope to learn enough to find a better job at a better company. As a customer, why they hire such unqualified personnel.
