Such potential wasted - Anonymous employee Midaxo Employee Review

When i first joined Midaxo was an exciting place to be. In the end I was glad to leave. The CEO changed, not for the better sadly. The attrition rates were high. Lots of pet projects requested at very senior level that had no basis in what would be good for the customer. These were not prototyping style features as suggested in the replies. Product Management were not experienced and it resulted in massve feature bloat. The launch of a new version looks sadly too little too late. Some of your development team had terrible egs with little talent or experience to back it up.
