      Pros

      Awesome laid back atmosphere, pleasure to work with all of the guys here. Close knitted staff who treat you like family and help you learn everything you need to know without hesitation

      Cons

      Pay is ok, nothing crazy. It is an entry level position so it is to be expected. Upper management is not the best at handling conflicts and sometimes get toxic.
