Good training and on boarding. Friendly and helpful staff and colleagues for the most part. High stress but rewarding.

On the low end for medical sales compensation. Management makes it very uncomfortable to talk about money or the future. Top management care but are largely uninvolved aside from motivational calls/quotes. They mean well but are mostly ineffective in the field.
