Lot's of variety and fun atmosphere!

Have to work weekends, but get days off to make up for it!

Working the festival was a lot of work but also a lot of fun, I met a lot of amazing people. You get out of it what you put into it. Learned a lot of skills to apply to a future career Had two great managers (they no longer work there but they cared for their interns) Head of marketing and sales manager was an amazing guy, he was always there to lend a helping hand

Sometimes days dragged on when you had to make50+ calls Owner micromanaged and could make the office a bit stressful when he visited/called 5x a day
