Members of our PRIDE+ Allies employee resource group (ERG) and Micron leaders work tirelessly to raise awareness of and fight against any discriminatory, inappropriate or inconsiderate behavior, including disclosing someone’s sexual orientation or gender identity without that person’s consent. Each year our PRIDE+ Allies ERG and our Diversity, Equality & Inclusion teams host Inclusive Ally training to specifically educate our workforce about how to be an advocate for members of the LGBTQ+ community and how to be aware of and sensitive to all related LGBTQ+ issues.
