Pros
Good work etchics and opportunity for growth. Ability to work shift and accrue a lot of TOP(Paid time off), that can allow you to vacation 3-4 times a year. They have a great profit sharing program. The Boise, Idaho location has some excellent recreation and GYM facilities free for all employees.
Cons
Excessive micro-management, which eventually affects employee morale.
