Cons
Increment freeze once every 2-3 years or even shorter. Bonus when market good = 0.3 month Bonus freeze is very normal Frequent reorg to create more managerial roles, the manager to worker ratio is way to low. Expat package to lots of ppl which is not necessary given the advanced technology we have currently to ensure effective communication using technology. Wasted so much money on this Splurge on travel during good time, anyhow cut cost during bad time..
