Great place to work - Quality Engineer Micron Mfg. Employee Review

Everyone that works at Micron from the President to the operators are amazing people. While there have been days that the systems have posed challenges, the employees have never been an issue. I enjoy waking up and going to work for a company that respects its employees and its community.

The pay is less than industry average for my position, but for a company of under 50 employees, I completely understand.

It was a job. I got a paycheck. Overtime available.

Pays employees unfairly. Young adults who have never had a job start out making more than people who have put time into the company. Rules only apply to certain people and not to everyone. You have to be a favorite in order to be treated fairly. If you have a problem, no one will listen to you. The supervisor is ALWAYS in the right...even if they are not.
