      Pros

      Decent location. Business seems to be financially stable.

      It's all a lie. Notice how a lot of these reviews were done around the same date? Not a coincidence. It was encouraged internally, of course only for those who seem to like working for Microlise. In my honest opinion, I wouldn't recommend it. There are a load of vacancies for more than just expansion - People are leaving. It claims to be a family business but clearly that was lost many years ago. When it comes to perks, well, I have seen, had and heard of better. There is zero team spirit, departments genuinely resent each other, including management. I have genuinely never heard so many people complain about a workplace before! I'll be leaving as soon as. Be wise.

It is true that we have encouraged our team to share their experiences via Glassdoor, in order to share the many positives of a long-term career at Microlise. It's disappointing to hear that your experience has fallen below that we would wish for, but I hope you feel able to engage with your manager or senior management to discuss your concerns. Microlise board members are always happy to sit down with members of the team, should there be issues that need to be resolved. As a growing business, there are changes across many teams but we are proud of our investment in people, new and existing, and the opportunities available for members of the team within the business

That can feel stretching, but for the right individual it accelerates growth. • Fast pace of change which requires resilience and adaptability • Evolving processes as the business scales and matures • Performance pressure that comes with ambitious revenue targets For those who want to be challenged, learn quickly and be part of a business building towards something bigger, these are not drawbacks. They are the proving ground.
