Pros
nice working place, big desks, good computers and equipment to work, nice coffee machine, fruits twice a week
Cons
there is no definition of the process through the life cycle, no order, no communication, also for the freshers there is no a training and some managers simple don't know how to transfer the know-how or to properly explain. At HR level, they decreased number of holidays in the new contracts from 30 to 28 days. About the place and people: too loud, no respect for public stuffs (kitchen is a mess), some stolen stuffs here and there...
