yearly increase (on pause due to the industry down turn) shuttle with 14th month with rsu but depending on the company profit and the position (engr and above only)
Cons
have been handling multiple product lines huge salary range per level, some are lucky to be in the high side but some are on the lowest part of the range only people on top level have a say on the direction
