Pros

Great Team: The talent level is incredibly high, yet everyone remains humble and approachable. There is zero ego; everyone is willing to pitch in and help across departments or time zones whenever needed. Great Product: We are actively striving to improve the global landscape of identity verification, which is a vital, challenging, and rewarding goal. Our team is working hard to keep ahead of the market and be the best. Great Culture: Our company foundation is positive, supportive, and fundamentally rooted in collaboration and teamwork. Whether you're a new hire or a seasoned leader, your input is respected and valued, making every team member feel essential to the outcome.

Cons

I haven't uncovered any true cons yet, but I will say that this is a fast-paced environment. We are tackling complex, high-stakes problems and scaling quickly, so pace can sometimes be demanding, requiring high levels of flexibility.

After a year at Microblink, I’m proud of how far we’ve come — a company with exceptional people, strong leadership, and world-class technology. The journey is fast-paced and ambitious, but the impact and potential make it an incredibly rewarding place to be. I get up every day excited by my work and the job to be done.

Cons

- Organizational maturity: Still evolving in structure and processes as we scale — though improving rapidly with each new wave of leadership talent. - Pace of change: The growth and ambition can be intense at times; it suits those who thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial settings.
