This company was great until they put some in charge that don’t have the experience to run a successful company. The compensation structure recently changed and it is forcing employees out $40k a year base with minimal commission. If you have a second job this might be for you. If you are experience and want 1 job. Run. Inexperienced leadership. They do not value the salesforce.
