Good atmosphere thanks to lots of young people to keep you on your toes, lots of different job opportunities and ways to climb the ladder, though some moves may be lateral
Cons
Pay is pretty low, so it's a good place to start and get experience. Some people move up, but some people just end up leaving and getting paid a lot more.
