Have no idea what the guys sitting on 14th floor are thinking. They definitely have no direction for the products and all they want is micromanagement.
They use their power to change the org chart as they please and care nothing about people's feeling. The ironic part is they put transparency into the several principle of company culture.
Since they don't have any clue about where to go for the product, all they can do is micromanagement to show they are high level managers.
