Have always been leaders in BI Great work life balance Smart people especially in technology Good management Showing great promise in Mobile and Cloud. Mike Saylor has shown tremendous leadership through tough times.
Cons
Glass ceiling Low pay Inactive human resources department Narrow definition of BI compared to competitors like SAS which do more with unstructured and semi-structured data. No predictive analytics vision. Build it yourself approach is sometimes not the best. MicroStrategy has never bought or integrated technologies into its stack.
