MicroCorp is led by two incredible people who encourage you to be the best you you can be. Those with vision, drive and determination can have a great career here. It’s a small company and you can actually make an impact and change. Personally, not only been promoted, but I have seen others promoted and see people that work for me in line for promotions. There is a career path for anyone who brings their best to work every day. Mistakes are made by everyone in every job in all walks of life. I have made a few while working here. I have been given guidance on how not to repeat them that was not demeaning, punishing or harsh. The people here care and want the best for you. Not many places can actually say that.
Cons
It’s a small company. The people here are as close to family as can be in a work environment. Coming in as the new person isn’t always easy
